Privacy & service details — pilot

This is an AI Santa entertainment service for adult-managed, supervised calls. It is not an emergency or counselling service.

We use your verified phone number to sign you in, identify incoming calls, control usage and deliver callbacks you request. We save the child's first name. Paid accounts may optionally provide wishes and parent notes.

Audio recordings are OFF and cannot be enabled in this pilot. We do not save full conversation transcripts. Audio is processed live by Twilio and OpenAI; their own processing and retention policies apply. Hosting in Canada does not mean all processing stays in Canada.

Only paid calls with the separate save-wishes option enabled can save gift wishes spoken during the call. You can view those wishes in your account. Do not enter addresses, school names, surnames, sensitive health details or passwords.

CA$2 buys one call credit, usable for a personalized inbound call OR a callback, up to four minutes of Santa conversation. Free calls last up to ninety seconds and have daily limits. Queue time does not use the conversation allowance, but callers may incur their carrier's normal charges.

Calls that fail before Santa starts speaking automatically return the reserved credit. Once the conversation starts, the credit is used. The operator can review technical failures and issue a replacement credit or refund. No requested gift is guaranteed.

Account deletion removes the app's saved phone number, name, notes and wishes after pending calls are canceled or completed. Provider billing records may remain. This pilot has no automatic seasonal data purge; the operator must apply the retention policy described in the deployment guide.

Pilot notice: The operator must add their business identity, support contact, final retention period and applicable tax/refund details before a public launch.

AI Santa entertainment. Parent/guardian supervision required. No audio recordings or full transcripts are saved by this app.
